I heard many critics praise the film Buried starring Ryan Reynolds but I was always a little sceptical after hearing what the storyline was.
If you’re unaware of the film let me explain. To summarise, the movie is about an American truck driver, played by Reynolds, who wakes up in a coffin, bound, gagged and buried underground in Iraq. He has no idea why he’s been put there or for how long.
After waking he soon realises that he’s been left his mobile phone and lighter so he quickly starts to contact people for help.

That’s it. He’s the only person you see in the whole film, apart from the voices on the other end of his phone calls, and the camera never leaves the coffin.
I agree that it’s sounds like the film is boring but believe me when I say that the film will have you on the edge of your seat. I actually couldn’t believe how intense it was but for those who don’t like confined space be warned because it could make you feel claustrophobic.

You really need to watch this film because it is like nothing ever seen before and I thinks really worth watching.
